Move over step aerobics: There are new fitness trends in town

Gone are the days of step aerobics. Classes in Zumba hula hooping and belly dancing are here! Below are just a few of the many “new aerobics” classes you may find popping up at your local gym or fitness center. While you're having fun you'll reap health benefits which may include: Building muscle strength and tone Conditioning cardiovascular system Increasing bone density Lowering blood pressure Increasing serotonin levels decreasing depression Burning calories for weight loss Improving balance Boosting your immune system Improving flexibility which can also help prevent injury Zumba The word zumba is Spanish slang for “to move fast and have fun. ” It was created in the mid-1990s by a celebrity fitness trainer from South America Alberto “Beto” Perez. Inspired by the traditional music he grew up with he paired his favorite Latin rhythms with salsa and meringue dance steps – and Zumba was born.

Almost 300 girls and a few boys from 21 schools throughout Southland took part in the competition. As well as traditional aerobics the competition also encompassed a hip hop section. Maia Winiana 11 one of the St John's Girls' School trio Lemon Lime and Bitters said the group had been practising all term for the competition. The effort appeared to have been worth it with the team taking first place in the year 7 aerobic division.

I?m going to be out of here in two days. ? Can you set up how Henry comes back?Henry has a new girlfriend who remarkably looks like his old girlfriend. She?s an aerobics instructor so he?s going with her to New York for an aerobics convention but he really wants to run into Betty so he?s updating his Facebook page every five minutes saying where he is at all times. Why doesn't he just call her?He doesn?t want to intrude on her life but at the same time he really really wants to see her and still has feelings for her. So of course they wind up bumping into each other and reconnecting a little bit and they end up going on a double date to a Mets game. That's all I should say. What do you think — Is there a possibility Henry will be back next season?Honestly I don?t know what they have planned story-wise.
