Hanson received Wii Fit in November as an early Christmas present from her boyfriend. “I couldn’t wait” she said. Since then she has begun a daily regimen of balance exercises yoga aerobics and strength training – the four games that Wii Fit offers. Wii Fit is a Nintendo game that was a popular gift this past holiday season. And Hanson knows why. “It’s fun and it’s effective” she said. Hanson has lost 10 pounds and sees new definition in her body especially in her arms.
