Some residents are finding time to relieve that stress by exercising in Liberty University’s new multi-purpose aerobics room. Recently workers transformed the old Mountain Frost Creamery ice cream shop at Campus North into a fitness room complete with a Sprung Floor that is ideal for a variety of physical workouts. An aerobics instructor for 20 years she wants to get as many people as possible active again. “My goal is to keep people healthy so that they can stay away from the doctors” she said. “Our society has gotten so lazy that we need to keep moving. “She started aerobics classes while living in Estevan and carried on with it after moving to Nipawin 13 years ago.
