The Riceville Football Team recently used the pool for working out on a rainy day. “Water aerobics attendance is from 12 to 20 people in the morning and eight to 12 in the evening. I was recently re-certified as a life guard and am now teaching aerobics. “Tammy Bauer is on the Public Relations Team for the Pool. She said “Last Saturday morning we went door to door and handed out flyers about the Pool. A lot of the youth of the community helped hand out the flyers.

Are gym memberships really worth it?

You and a friend(s) can form your own walking running or biking club if you are so inclined. You can trade healthy recipes. You can join an aerobics class or spinning class at the Y. There are any number of things you can do without joining a gym if you have the will.
